How to Build a Team of 10,000 People in your Network Marketing Business

Today you are going to learn how to succeed in network marketing.

This is a proven formula that works.

The first thing you must grasp is that you are the driving force behind success in your organization.

You make it or break it, because you are at the top.

Relationship Marketing is the best way to build a business and good quality of life for your family.

But, how does it work?

How do you succeed in Relationship Marketing and build a large team that is gonna enable you to make your dreams your life?

It is a simple concept called duplication.

Duplication sounds easy enough, but it isn’t as straight forward and cut and dry as you might think.

You are the driving force around the initial growth of your organization.

The first thing you need to do is develop a vision.

Vision is the driving force behind a successful pursuit in anything.

If you don’t have vision, you have no idea where you want to end up, which means you can’t keep yourself on track to reach your goals.

Basically, if you don’t have vision, any path you pursue will take you to the outcome of no vision. This means your outcome is completely determined by action and reaction with no set purpose. This is a bad idea.

Developing vision allows you to make decisions that will move you in the direction of the outcome you actually want. It will put passion in the drivers seat. Passion is essential because it allows you to see the bigger picture beyond yourself and work thru the struggles that will definitely come your way. The beginning of the journey is the most difficult part.

You can’t just plug into a business opportunity and expect to grow your income without going thru a trial and error process of figuring out what works.

This means you are going to have to find a process that works best for you.

business process or business method is a collection of related, structured activities or tasks by people or equipment which in a specific sequence produce a service or product for a particular customer or customers. Business processes occur at all organizational levels and may or may not be visible to the customers. A business process may often be visualized as a flowchart of a sequence of activities with interleaving decision points or as a process matrix of a sequence of activities with relevance rules based on data in the process. The benefits of using business processes include improved customer satisfaction and improved agility for reacting to rapid market change. Process-oriented organizations break down the barriers of structural departments and try to avoid functional silos.


Once you have your process figured out, start teaching it to your new team members.

Having a process that works means you are going to have people joining you in your business and purchasing your product.

Teach these people your process and realize the majority of them are not going to follow it all the way through.

Look, we can sit here and pretend that duplication and growth are just going to continue in your organization from the outset, but you and I both know that is not the case. There is a lot that goes into learning the process and even though you have a great process figured out, that does not mean people on your team are going to be able to follow it like you.

We all have different personalities, and different ways of approaching problems that result from trial and error. A number of people will hit an error or a perceived failure and just give up. This is because most of the people who start a business have another job and a full plate. Even though they are plugged into an opportunity that can make their dreams a reality, few will take advantage of it.

This means that you need to keep going thru the process yourself. Keep building your business and plugging people into your process until you find someone who is like you. This is not difficult once you have your process in place. Eventually you will find someone just like you, willing to do what you are willing to do to have success.

Real Duplication is Duplication of Self

If you want to start a chain reaction of non stop duplication in your Relationship Marketing business, you MUST duplicate yourself. You need to find one person who is willing to do exactly what you are willing to do to succeed. This means that person is not going to give up when it comes to figuring out the process of building the business. They, like you are going to build off of your process and make it work for them.

If you are willing to do what it takes to find someone like you, they will also do what it takes to find someone like you. This is where duplication really takes off. This is where your network marketing business will take on a life of its own.

Because you are now experiencing duplication in your organization, are you going to want to just walk away? No, you are going to keep building. You are going to keep putting people in the business thru your process and training them in that process. You know now, the more people you have, the more likely it is to have at least one person in that group who is like you.

My Process

So telling you to come up with a process is easy, but what about my process. What do I do?

Obviously the site you are on now is a part of my process, but this isn’t something most people will have the time to do. Taking people thru a training course on how to blog effectively is something I am willing to do, and do on an individual basis for certain people on my team, but I need a process that anyone can do.

In my business there is no sell at the front end, so that model makes it super easy to find people willing to share it. The question was, how should they share it?

Here is the simple process.

Do you notice, how when linking to my domain name on this page, instead of linking to join here, I type the domain name out and link to it. That is because my domain name is easy to remember.

Once you join, you go thru all of the videos in the back office to learn about the product and the opportunity. Prospects are going to ask you questions, and while I am available for 3 way calls, which helps with social proof, it is going to help even more if you are able to answer those questions. People who don’t take the time to learn the ins and outs of the business are not going to be good prospects for building the business.

After you learn the business and know the basics, you need to have a way to easily send people to your site. This means you need to purchase a domain name. You can purchase the domain from anywhere, but you want to make sure you are able to forward it to your website. THIS IS VITAL. It needs to be memorable. It needs to forward to a capture page so you know who is coming to your site, and who is genuinely interested.

Lastly, you need to be able to show people your business.

I love the business I am in, because like I said, there is no selling.

I save people money.

Everyone wants to save money, and there is nothing to buy on the front end.

This is why I came up with the simple strategy to purchase business cards from VISTA PRINT with the domain right in the center of the card. All of the contact info is on the card, but the domain name really stands out. GODaddy has a lot of different extensions, so it is EASY to find a memorable domain. There is nothing to it.

The strategy isn’t to just hand out a regular old business card. We buy the plastic cards that are like a credit card.

“Hey can I give you something that will save you hundreds of dollars a month?” Yes

“Great, this is a special card that has a website right there in the center.

Do you see it?” Yes

“Go to the website on that card when you decide you want to save hundreds or even thousands of dollars a month. Put this card in your wallet with your credit cards, and the next time you pull one out to pay, remember there is a card in there that will save you money instead of taking it.”

That is the simple process for generating dozens of leads every week, and if you follow the process, the cards will pay for themselves.
